One of our favorite websites that looks at foreign policy is American Future, a site that like this one may vary in outlook from time to time (center to center right). It’s a no-nonsense website that looks at foreign news.
It was one of the first sites to link to our co-blogger David Schraub’s great weblog. And it’s one of those (few) weblogs dedicated to serious policy discussion versus directly or indirectly advocating a specific partisan agenda.
We’re now pleased to welcome American Future’s Marc Schulman as our latest (actually our second-to-last) new co-blogger on TMV as we gear up to do some format changes in 2007 to make the site more “reader-friendly.” As is our custom, Marc wasn’t invited because he is in lockstep agreement with every idea TMV has. Rather, he works through the issues through a centrist perspective that may vary at times. He’ll continue to do so with his contributions here and on his own site.
As usual, there are some readers who’ll like his take on events, and some who won’t. But, as we point out, reading differing ideas don’t cause brain cancer. And so we’re pleased — and proud — to welcome him as part of the buffet of ideas we offer readers here at The Moderate Voice.
