My view? Kofi Annan is quite likely the most incompetent secretary-general in the history of the United Nations. He is biased and incompetent. Under his rule, the UN has almost made itself irrelevant regarding serious issues facing the world today. Corrupt and ineffective are the first words that come to mind when I think about the UN these days.
