(1) The Moderate Voice's comments are hosted by Disqus (http://disqus.com). If your comment doesn't appear immediately, please be patient since it is an off-site system.
(2) All e-mail received from readers by The Moderate Voice is considered intended for publication unless otherwise indicated in the initial message from the writer. Please do not send us attachments unless you contact us and we agree to it.

Such comments also violate the very SPIRIT of this site -- which was created to encourage thoughtful and vigorous discussion among readers who may share differing viewpoints.
(6) All points of view are welcome on The Moderate Voice, with the following exceptions:
(a) Comments posted several times a day with the intent of dominating, re-directing or hijacking the thread by turning a discussion into the equivalent of a bitter shouting match.

(7) Name-calling, personal attacks, racist comments or use of profanity by any commenter, whether they are by persons who agree or disagree with the views expressed by The Moderate Voice will NOT be tolerated and will result in the deletion of the comment and the banning of the commenter's ISP address, without notice. In some cases a comment may be deleted and the writer will be given another chance. Commenters who virtually ASK The Moderate Voice to ban them by ignoring any warnings or daring TMV to ban them will quickly get their wish.
(8) Anonymous commenters should identify themselves with the same moniker, so readers know their comments are coming from a single individual. If they don't, they are subject to a banning.
(9)If we have problems with inappropriate or inflammatory comments from a commenter who it turns out gave a fake email address that person is subject to immediate banning.

Awesome is indeed the word. Tell you, things like that give me hope.

You know, despite the fact there are some white trash idiots involved in this situation, there is nothing “Awesome†about the murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. In fact, it is quite “Gruesome.â€
I only know about this case because I have relatives in Tennessee.
I also feel I have to state that I am a “White†male, but I have a little “Brown†wife and two little “Brown†children. Not “Blackâ€, but from India. However, I am pretty sure that excludes me from the KKK. I feel I have to explain this so David does not label me as a racist.
My relatives, who are “Whiteâ€, seem to think this would be a bigger news story if the victims were not “White.†I am inclined to agree based upon the sensationalism of today’s news. The story is quite shocking; I suggest people look it up. My relatives, Aunt and Uncle, are not from Tennessee and are a Nurse and Radiologist respectively. I have always considered them to be very intelligent and not racist. They even had my future “Brown†in-laws up for Christmas (look up Goa to understand) before we were married.
The Point: just a little PC double standards in journalism and a “White†male jumping through hoops to prove he is not racist. By the way, did I mention my family came to America from Sweden in 1901 (after the Civil War).
p.s. I call my wife little to annoy her; I am 6’4†and she claims to be 5’0â€. However, she is really 4’11†and ¾. I know not much difference but it bothers her to no end. My children, on the other hand, are still little; but my wife is hoping my genetics have some effect.

White flour? White flowers? Wife Power!
Excellent! Loved it!
cfpete, of course there’s nothing funny about those murders, but the point of the rally wasn’t to laugh at the murders, but to laugh down the KKK, who wish to use these murders to advance their narrow minded pointy headed little cause. I refer of course to the cause of Wide Laurels
