Randy Barnett, a co-blogger at The Volokh Conspiracy and noted law professor, is an excellent scholar (albeit one I don’t necessarily agree with). He currently has a book out exploring the meaning and implications of the ever-elusive 9th Amendment. Unfortunately for him, he just received a message from Amazon.com about his customers’ profile:
We’ve noticed that customers who have expressed interest in The Rights Retained by the People: The History and Meaning of the Ninth Amendment by Randy E. Barnett have also ordered The U.S. Constitution For Dummies by Michael Arnheim. For this reason, you might like to know that Michael Arnheim’s U.S. Constitution For Dummies will be released on May 1, 2007. You can pre-order your copy at a savings of $6.40 by following the link [above].
Ouch. That stings.
