As we’ve often said, we USE our blogroll here…and quite extensively. In recent days we’ve added some sites but haven’t pruned the blogroll — and we will start very soon.
New sites include some blogs from varying categories (including some very new ones written by talented young people and we look forward to reading and linking to them). Some of the sites that’ll be deleted are blogs that haven’t been updated in 30 days or blogs that had us on their blogrolls but removed TMV for one reason or another. If you read this site regularly you’ll see that we link to people of all viewpoints and may take a strong stand on an issue but don’t go after other bloggers personally. The good thing about blogs is that there are (supposedly) more than a million of them and if you don’t like one you can just find one that you like and read and link to it.
Also: you’ll note that although this is a centrist and moderate site we will feature people of varying opinions who have different views on issues. That gets people on the left and on the right mad sometimes but seeing a different idea on a site doesn’t cause brain cancer and — hate to say it — what is published on any blog isn’t going to change the course of public opinion.
