The Romney campaign seems intent on spending at least part of another day Thursday messaging that the Barack Obama of 2012 is less hopey and changey than the 2008 version.
On the one hand, they are trying to bring the President’s positive ratings down. On the other hand, Romney watched Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum get caught up in process complaints a few months ago — and he saw how well that worked out for them.
