The Romney campaign’s new ad on Mitt Romney and the auto industry and Jeep jobs there is being widely proclaimed as one of the most dishonest ads ever aired — and one that the campaign knows is not correct. It has led to as growing media backlash.
Now the Obama campaign has responded with a short, blunt ad that is unlikely to burnish Romney’s credibility for any voters who may be wavering or who were feeling uneasy about voting for him due to his rapid changes of positions:
