As we sweat out the rest of election day and wait for the results to begin, you might want some options in terms of passing your time, and we’ve got a few for you. First, at 1 pm eastern time, we’ll be back on the air for a special election day episode of Mid Stream Radio. Rick Moran of Right Wing Nuthouse will be one of our guests and we’ll take one final look at election 2008 in its final hours. Feel free to tune in, join in the live chat, or call in with your own comments or questions.
Later in the afternoon, stop by Hot Air and look for the entry about a live election day chat leading up to an evening terrestrial radio appearance by our friend Ed Morrissey. Cindy and I will be moderating that chat, on and off, during the afternoon and all evening as we watch the election returns coming in.
At 4 pm eastern, for a bit of a break from all the serious stuff, I will be a guest on Betty Jo Tucker’s Movie Addict Headquarters where we will be reviewing our picks for the best portrayal of a United States President in film. I will be giving a stump speech to elect Henry Fonda for his role in Fail Safe.
Later on, Cindy and I will be back a second time as the election results come in on her own radio platform. That should be around 6:30 pm eastern until 8 pm when we start to see the first returns. (If you bookmark Cindy’s radio show page and mark it as a “Favorite” on your BTR account, you’ll get a reminder e-mail roughly 1 hour before the show.) During that show we’ll also be monitoring and participating in the aforementioned Hot Air chat.
