11:46 PM CST: In the face of a virtual tie, both Democratic camps have declared victory. They head to New Hampshire where Sanders has a slight lead in the state over Clinton.
10:30PM CST: Hillary Clinton maintains a slight lead at 50.2%. Bernie Sanders is close behind with 49.3%. Both candidates have thus far been allocated 21 delegates each.
10:00PM CST: The race between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders is still going strong. Clinton stands at 49.8% with Sanders at 49.5%. However, Sanders is slightly leading in his delegate count.
9:50PM CST: Mike Huckabee is reportedly suspending his campaign for the Presidency of the United States. Huckabee won the Iowa Caucus in his 2008 campaign, but has been struggling to gain traction throughout this election cycle.
9:40PM CST: Ted Cruz has been projected the winner of the Iowa Caucus, narrowly beating Donald Trump in a tight race. Marco Rubio is close behind Trump in third place.
9:30PM CST: Cruz has dropped to 28% while Trump stays steady at 25%. Marco Rubio has jumped to 23% and Ben Carson trails in fourth place at 9%. The fight between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders has come even closer, with Clinton at 50% and Sanders at 49%.
9:05PM CST: Reports have come in that Martin O’Malley has suspended his campaign for the Presidency of the United States.
8:30PM CST: With approximately 56% of results now in, Cruz stands at 29%, Trump at 25% and Rubio 19%. With the Democrats, and 70% reporting, Clinton leads with 51%, Sanders at 49% and O’Malley rounding up to 1%.
7:55PM CST: Still with 1% in, the GOP Caucus results have shifted. Trump is at 35%, Cruz at 31% and Rubio stands in third with 14%. On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton is up to 53% and Bernie Sanders dropped one point to 46%.
7:45PM CST: With only 4% of delegate votes in, Hillary Clinton stands at 52% and Bernie Sanders is at 47%. These numbers, too, will change as we learn more.
7:40PM CST: Early numbers are starting to come in. Ted Cruz standing at 35%, Donald Trump at 33% and Marco Rubio at 12%. Only 1% of delegate votes have come in at this point and these numbers are far from being final.
7:35PM CST: It’s estimated that 44% of Democratic attendees are there for the first time.
7:15PM CST: Early entrance polling indicated Donald Trump to be in the lead among Republican delegates. Cruz and Rubio were following in second and third place.
It was estimated that 43% of GOP caucus attendees were there for the first time.
No estimates, yet, on Democratic caucus and delegate attendees. Martin O’Malley can safely be declared as coming in third place.
