An event labeled as “The Million Vet March” boasted numbers more like recent Tea Party protests and also basically looked like one. It included folks like Sarah Palin and Sen. Ted Cruz and included a speaker that said President Obama is a Muslim and that there should be a peaceful revolution against the government.
His name is Larry Klayman. He was a prosecutor in the Reagan Department of Justice. He founded both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch. Klayman has a regular column on the popular conservative “news” site World Net Daily. He appears to be walking proof that resumes aren’t everything and impressive sounding jobs can say nothing about an inability to go over the edge into the land of political unreality. His other credits, you see, include things like this.
- He has suggested that one day the military could rise up against President Obama like the Egyptian military did against Morsi because the Obama Administration leaked secrets about the raid that killed Bin Laden.
- Called for “the people” to force Obama’s resignation on November 19th because he has been convicted of fraud against the American people…
- …by a citizen’s court.
- He filed 18 different lawsuits accusing the Clinton Administration of a wide variety of things.
- He claimed Obama provided a “green light” to Muslim terrorists, like the Boston bombers and the likely perpetrators of the West, Texas fertilizer explosion.
And there he is with two of the biggest celebrities of the Tea Party movement happily sharing a platform with him. Is guilt by association always a bad thing?
