A quick note. You have have noticed a few changes at TMV lately — one of which is our newest coblogger, Kathy Kattenburg.
We’ve admired her posts for several years on two excellent blogs, her her own blog Liberty Street, and on Comments from Left Field. Kathy’s post often offer a lot of info and links to readers in a compressed amount of space and when she does a longer analysis it is solid. She had done some Guest Voices for us some time ago. She was of special interest to TMV because in her posts you could often see her working through the big issues as she came to a decision, versus offering a post with preconceived idea. In short: a thoughtful reader who documents via links her conclusions.
Another factor: even though she writes on Comments from Left Field, her conclusions don’t fall into an ideological cookie cutter.
You’ll also note Arizona’s Mark Pascal, who wrote a series of superb Guest Voice posts that were run so regularly it was easier us to just give him the codes and let him post as a coblogger.
There have been other additions here at TMV over the past few months..and we have some moderate changes in the works such as:
*More reviews. And some will be shorter ones, versus the longer ones we’ve fun in the past…athough we’ll still run some long ones.
*Some regular Guest Voice posters who you’ll see from time to time, as well as new ones.
*Possible format revisions later in the year. We’re working on it!
