Many newspapers and networks now have EXCELLENT political blogs. We’ve been listing them by the blog names — but we’re now changing the way they’re listed.
You’ll still find them under OTHER VOICES and we have only listed really good ones. But in the interest of increasing readership for these wonderful political weblogs run by mainstream news media, we’re now relisting them under the news outlet name.
For instance, to read the Los Angeles Times great Top of the Ticket blog look under Los Angeles Times. Ditto for USA Today, the New York Times, Chicago Tribune and other ones we’re adding. (We may make a few exceptions on newspaper blogs written largely by one writer who is basically the blog.)
Also, these blogs may write on things other than politics but we’re describing them as “political blog” since that’s the focus of most of them. Again: we urge you to explore these compelling new examples of how the mainstream media is shifting into internet journalism and in many cases doing it exceedingly well.
