Let’s take a look at a statement from the Republican party chairman who appears, at present, to be trying to screw the Republican party by alienating the independent front runner.
Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus said the independent challenger to Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) would not be welcome to caucus with Senate Republicans if the GOP takes over the upper chamber’s majority.
“It is an impossibility. It is not possible,” Priebus told Kansas City’s 41 Action News.
He later called the idea that independent Greg Orman might work with Republican leadership in the Senate “ridiculous.” …The Hill
Seems like “Reince Priebus” has picked up that Senate seat and tossed it to the Democrats. I mean, like, holy mackerel!
Meanwhile, the Republican candidate in Kansas, the current senator, Pat Roberts, is having a tough time.
