Will tonight be the debut of a major hit? Advance reviews for Supergirl on CBS are extremely positive — in terms of scripting, how it deals with the “girl” part of Supeergirl, and overall production. Given the absolutely superb job DC Comics has done in its Gotham series on Fox (movie-production values, great writing, state-of-the-art special effects, and brilliant casting) should we expect any less here?
The preview trailer suggests this could be to the 21st century what the old 1950s TV Superman series (cheesy special effects and all) was to the 20th century. And more:
