To The Polls!

I find it very unfortunate that this blog award issue has appeared to have fractured so many relationships in the blogging community. I will never understand why people would take such a fun opportunity and turn it into stereotypical online flaming. Alas….

I am lucky that my blog is in a much lower-key category–the only interaction I’ve had with my fellow nominees is well-wishes and some good-natured schmoozing. Plus, I got some new sites to read!

But just because I love ‘em, doesn’t mean I don’t want to beat ‘em. Which means we still have to vote! I’m persistently around 20 votes behind–not closer, not further away. One big push and I could get back into the lead. A hollow hope? Mayhaps. But we won’t know until we try!
