Is this a sign that they mean to sabotage her agenda to the best of their ability? Or is it just the outgoing "Do-Nothing" Congress' insistance on, well, doing nothing, right until the end??? To me this just smacks of the House members' unwillingness to work with the opposition party, even when it benefits their staff members.
