Liberty and Justice co-blogger Muslihoon, published a passionate post at his own blog in which he describes L&J’s other co-blogger Isaac Schrödinger’s situation, explains why he needs help and how people can help him.
On an extremely positive note, Isaac found a great and experienced lawyer (for obvious reasons, the identity of the lawyer cannot be made public), many thanks to John van Laer from Old War Dogs for helping Isaac out with that. Also: very generous and compassionate individuals already donated 1500$ to Isaac in order to help him for pay the legal costs.
To every single one of them: thank you very, very much. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
There is still much work to do and he still needs your help though. Please consider helping him if you can…
Though I certainly support him staying in Canada, if that failed couldn’t he apply for political asylum in the US? What about countries in Europe. It’s a big world, it doesn’t need to be Canada or Pakistan.
That said I hope he manages to stay in Canada.
One of the problems with that is, that he will, again, need support in such a situation. It is much more easy for him to apply in Canada because he has already lived there for several years.
Also: his visa has expired: if they do not grant him asylum, he will be, quite simply, forced to leave and not to Bermuda if you get my drift.
