The story of the oil gushing into the Gulf of Mexico has not shortage of black hats. Add the Environmental Protection Agency to the mix. This agency, tasked with ensuring environmental conservation and cleanup, has blocked the use of ships capable of removing 99% of the oil from the water because they fall short of the EPA’s standard of 99.9985%.
Seriously. You can’t make this stuff up.
