If they accuse the Times of treason the MUST accuse Robert Novak of the same.
Not necessarily. We know the Times was asked not to report the information because it was classified (and we have the necessary two witnesses), while Novak’s not as clearcut so far.
We’d have go for sedition on Novak if we wanted a conviction.

The times reported unclassified information. It became unclassified the minute the GOVERNMENT failed to keep it classified. If it ever was classified to begin with, which I seriously doubt.
