I fear that something very bad is going to happen folks. People like this are very very scary. We may have already lost our nation.
If Addington and the bulk of the administration are as sociopathic as I think they are, they will now be looking for ways to circumvent today’s court opinion.
Or will simply sign little statements declaring that the court’s decisions are only important to other people…
Once you say torture is okay “on my say so”, I don’t think there is any limit.
I have already heard media reports today signifying the republican majority will legislate laws circumventing the supreme courts decision.

I think it’s blindingly obvious that no one in the Bush White House respects the constitution. Frankly, I wonder about 2008. If the rubberstamp Congress is still in session is it possible we might have some kind of national emergency that would result in a parody of an election?
