Republicans in power = fewer Rockafeller Republicans in Congress after election, more Blue Dogs in Congress after election
Democrats in power = more Rockafeller Republicans in Congress after election, fewer Blue Dogs in Congress after election.
Tends to be how these things work out as a people who are more centrist that the parties act as a correction mechanism to shift any swings to the poles back to the center.
