    I listened to an NPR piece last year where they asked that question of several experts and nobody was able to answer it.

    Because their isn’t an answer for it. Private military contractors have no laws to impede them from doing whatever they want in Iraq. Our gov. doesn’t care, and the Iraqi’s can’t do anything about it, so they run amok.

    And Bush is ignorant, and Rumsfeld doesn’t give a damn about it.
