		<description>It seems a little premature to declare that we&#039;ve utterly bombed the democratizing of Iraq. Democracy is progressing, even though they have yet to form a government, and the Iraqi military is taking over responsibility for more and more of the country.

Progress is slower than than one might hope for, but the overall trends are in the right direction.
