Scalia is a TERRIBLE justice who apparently knows little of the English language because he distorts the most plain meaninings into convoluted messes to justify his own predetermined opinions. Not to mention his failure to recuse himself from decisions he should havem as documented in the past on this website. And, yes, when someone shows such disdain for civil liberties, a little ethnic ridicule is hardly over the top. However, I could've mentioned his penchant for wearing Victoria's Secret undergar- whoops! Justin, it’s name calling, but not partisan hackery.
