Lot of Republicans saying he shouldn’t but if that were a liberal judge saying something sympathetic they’d insist the judge remove themselves from the case.

Charles, agreed. Both sides should play fairly, but it’s ultimately up to the judge and nobody else.
Here let me add myself to the name calling as well for you Justin. Fat Tony is, was, and continues to the a partisan judge. I loathe judges slanted to the left, or right, so if that makes me a partisan hack the scope of the definition just got really freaking broad.
I snapped when the judges on the left made it ok for municipalities to snatch your land. As I do when ones on the right go hunting with people involved with cases about to come before their court.
If you love Fat Tony so much back him, but don’t expect me to, or chide me for admitting my opinion of his wiping his nose with our legal system.
Justin, it’s name calling, but not partisan hackery. Scalia is a TERRIBLE justice who apparently knows little of the English language because he distorts the most plain meaninings into convoluted messes to justify his own predetermined opinions. Not to mention his failure to recuse himself from decisions he should havem as documented in the past on this website.
And, yes, when someone shows such disdain for civil liberties, a little ethnic ridicule is hardly over the top. However, I could’ve mentioned his penchant for wearing Victoria’s Secret undergar- whoops!
