This is a guy who was in on the making of the Iraqi constitution and had been advocating dividing the country along ethnic lines. He was one of the experts we saw all over the media, with power and clout, and who had access to he President. My, my.......what must the world think of us? .<br><br>The duplicitous standards applied to Chavez blows my mind...........I ask again: What would the USA do if a neighboring country decided to invite a much larger nation's military to camp out there?
