Father-Time, when you walk down the street be careful because 50% of the people you pass may be Reps and would your over-the-top statement would apply to them?

Another problem with Afghanistan is their abysmal treatment of women. This has not changed with US involvement, and lip service aside, there is little indication it will. Prior to the soviet invasion women had more power and were safer. No longer. One word for the whole mess, and we we have enough experience to have learned from it by now: Quagmire.
