		<description>the powers that be have a vested interest in resisting any changes to the status quo.  so long as they do, the quo is in no danger of seeing its status changed.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;unless and until we can get money out of the electoral process and make gerrymandering prohibited we can look forward to the banksters, insurers, health &#039;care&#039; and other spec.ints running their gov&#039;t and their economy as they see fit;  with us paying the considerable bill for their graft.</description>
