Likewise with Lieberman. Perhaps if more were like him, our government wouldn't be the cesspool of corruption and partisans it is now. Don't any of you respect respresentatives that don't just follow the party like sheep?

I'm not the biggest fan of McCain, but he earned my respect when he blew-off the GOP with many of his across-the-aisle endeavors. Likewise with Lieberman. Perhaps if more were like him, our government wouldn't be the cesspool of corruption and partisans it is now.
