Well, I guess when they keep raising premium rates through the roof, and the only options are to become less insured, uninsured, or to take a beating, then that might be considered, “coercion”.

I was't aware they had an exemption to begin with. What made them so special?

I hadn't heard this before either but apparently this is the law in question.

I was't aware they had an exemption to begin with, I doubt that's common knowledge. Nice for them..
