I would, given their behavior about it (including on this site). I still am intrigued by the idea of Limbaugh's being able to buy part ownership later, after initial approval, or earlier through a “front” company or agent.

As to Fox, I'm not joining the many rabid Fox-haters (who despise it for departing from rigid to occasionally extremist liberal-bias-and-activism orthodoxy, taken to extreme currently by MSNBC for a marketing edge). I typically avoid paying attention to Fox, as it was known ages ago for being tawdry (the word I use still) and gimmicky, such as with its sports programming (stupid graphics and sound effects; the stupid football robot; pre-game and post-game idiocy) and regular programming (“ALERT” in bold, flashing letters all day about a trivial news item; graphics and sound effects as with sports).

I wouldn't call that a victory for the left. It would have happened had no one heard about his bid. The NFL and its owners are way too careful with the NFL brand.

As for what Fox News says, who cares? They play to the 28%ers that will love Bush and the GOP forever and ever.
