“Is the Prince’s assertion a warning that the capture/killing of the nightmare incarnate of the American establishment would engulf the Muslim and rest of the world in flames?”

Osama Bin Laden is not quite a, “nightmare incarnate”. He is simply a terrorist, nothing more. I believe the so called "Muslim threat" is over rated. With regard to the Soviet Afghan war, Bin laden was such a small player that he was quite insignificant in that overall picture. He certainly never reached any “hero” status among the American establishment. That honor is really more difficult to earn thatn you might think.

President George W Bush is not a murder. Osama Bin Laden is. There will be no “accountability” against Bush from your strange comparison. Osama will be killed if he is not already dead.

Sure we can talk about social conditions anywhere we wish, and, to what extent we wish, according to our self interests….and we will. Really though, India needs to stay out of the American-Pakistani as well as the American-Saudi relationship, and, take care of it’s own massive social problems That is the best way to help. You do wish to help don't you?
