		<description>The benefits far outway the risks if they are used correctly. By that I mean if they are used in place of other options. The truth is you are no more likely to die after being tased than pepper sprayed or wrestled into compliance. The biggest factor involved seems to be mental health issues and/or drugs/alcohol. If the tasers are used where the police would have taken other restraint options then there is little statistical difference in fatalities but a great difference as far as injuries to officers and surprisingly enough suspects are less likely to be injured by being tased than tackled and hogtied. Like the crazy with the gas. The most likely responce would of been to shoot the guy, so how is the taser worse again?</description>
