His admission is that he did something "creepy". I have no idea what he considers creepy. I do know that 3 of his "relationships" with employees were long term and sure seem consensual with the ladies continuing to work with Letterman long after the affairs were over. To be honest I'm sure his behavior breaks some PC code of conduct but so far I haven't heard of squat he has done wrong. We don't know that he cheated while married. That he ever tried to "demand" anything. To be a success in his field, work the hours it takes, I have trouble seeing where else you would meet anyone. Has he been charged with anything? Well, extortion and blackmail are illegal. Having sex with a coworker, or even a subordinate is not. He could presumably get fired IF there's a written rule against it, IF there is a formal complaint, and IF his bosses think they would gain something by losing Letterman. But you know what? This happens all the time, and I'll bet every single reader here knows someone who has broken workplace rules of one sort or another.
