		<description>Well, I don&#039;t see this being prosecuted in practice, but it is a good idea.  Scientists are required to disclose funding for a particular project, especially if that project involves the investigation of the funders products.  But even within academia, this does not always happen.</description>

Say a particular Presidential candidate&#039;s campaign pays an army of bloggers to go online and pretend to be average citizens supporting that candidate.  Must those bloggers disclose the payments made by the campaign for their services?</description>
