California&#039;s reputation isn&#039;t going to be improved, especially when you have Gavin Newsom and Jerry Brown battling each other to be governor back in Sacramento.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It may be forever before the political establishment there ever is reformed.  Sadly, Florida seems to not have learned the lessons from the earlier exodus from California (or from New York or other Blue Nation places), but seems to be repeating the same mistakes.  Already it&#039;s obvious that other states near Florida are reasonable alternatives that still offer mild winter weather and future growth that has been constrained in so many older Blue states.
