The example of the tobacco company was a great one. Everyone knew nicotine was addictive, but i wasn't until the companies themselves admitted it was that they were liable. Bill Clinton "Didn't inhale", I mean give me a break. But until the lie is owned up to, it is in every measurable way and for all intents and purposes, the truth. Its really a weird phenomenon.
