Just a couple of spelling corrections, Leonidas.
So I'm trying to figure out if the fish represents the wasteful version of the public option we have now, the Emergency-Room option or if this is a GOP scare tactic trying to make the official public option with streamlined costs and sensible preventative options look bad?
I'll just copy the picture and put a “current ER-plan” emblem on the fish. I'm sure that's what the cartoonist meant. Ever seen an ER bill for something as mundane as a sprained ankle? *shudder*…
