Lethal Levels of Propofol Killed Michael Jackson

A search warrant affidavit filed in Houston says that Michael Jackson had lethal levels of Propofol in him when he died — a development that is bad news to Jackson’s doctor Dr. Conrad Murray.

The AP reports that the L.A. Coroner now says Jackson’s death was a homicide:

Dr. Murray ultimately killed Jackson, but other drug dealing doctors as well as silent friends and employees all play a part in Jackson's homicide.

1. The timeline showing all the drugs given to Jackson (never mind that the doctor left him and made three phone calls long before calling 911, too) shows this situation was just crazy.

2. I'm amazed the obscessed little group of Bush-Cheney revanchists aren't dancing in the streets, Arab terrorist style, over the news that Obama chose to proceed with the heavily-politically-loaded choice to subject CIA personnel to investigation and possible future prosecution over torture and other misdeeds (adding an entirely new substantial amount of demoralization to an already-demoralized organization).
