I think you are reading too much into the title myself. There is a difference between objecting to the concept of the Obama World Apology Tour and your unsubstantiated claim that Romney must mean to lay the case that the president should never “apologize” to the rest of the world for any American missteps nor admit to any mistakes or faults.

There is a huge and fertile middle ground to be found between those two extremes.
