Sarah Palin represents (unfortunately) an anti-intellectual strain in the GOP, as if dumb is a good thing. That's too bad, because there's been plenty of brain power in the past, such as Bill Bennett. When the GOP can front an extremely bright, urbane, conservative candidate for President, things might get interesting again. Until then, Obama has clear sailing, missteps notwithstanding.

Palin will continue to pop up when least expected and make people (at least most people) groan. In a couple years she'll be worth millions.

Too bad Obama didn't invite McCain and Palin to the WH for a beer after their battle last year. I would have LOVED to have Palin weigh in on it. Maybe that can be Beer Summit #2 at the WH, and Palin can bring those Mooseburgers Jazz loves.

McCain can bring a Diamondback.

If Sarah Palin campaigns for Rick Perry in Texas, I defintely will not vote for her in any race. That will show she has poor judgement.

I get a kick out of how the once-in-love with Palin folks now can't seem to change the subject quick enough! You're so fickle and cold all of a sudden!!!!!!

As for her shot at the entertainment world? Who knows… given the vast market for idle mind fodder these days I wouldn't bet against it. Maybe she could have KT Couric and Charlie Gibson on as guests.

Possibly Joe, but there are no names on the record, about her representatives, or the people they contacted; so as with much unsourced stories, just discard it. Unless the point is to preempt any
such consideration, much like the leak of that opinion of the'independent investigator' was done to
tarnish her reputation

Not that I think it would add much to the U.S., but does a show have to be three hours? Why not a one hour slot? Or co-host, or featured guest, etc.
