		<description>It there any group in the U.S that is less relevant than you Republicans.  They are being buried under an demographic avalanche of people who will ever vote for the more conservative party and they face a future where even a six figure income will not ensure a middle class life style.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Yet, there are the RINO, urban, hip young Republicans who want to define themselves by doing whatever the Democrats tell them is hip and trendy.  If Rachel Hoff’ is concerned about equality, then why is she on the side of race based separate and unequal social engineering.  Instead of worrying about irrelevant Republicans, why not worry about a Democratic President who believes that admission, hiring, and promotion decisions should be based upon race instead of merit?</description>
