It is a perverse legacy of illegitimate judicial activism that so many (who ought to know and be better, but obviously can't or won't, and aren't) actually would respect or even tolerate such a question as whether or not a candidate for a judicial position, most importantly on the Supreme Court, should have the "right" ideology, or consider the person's ideology (or personal views, or political preferences, etc.) to matter.<br><br>OK, back to the kids' stuff now. They want moderate politicians who care about and put the country and it's people first and before party.<br>Why is that so hard for republicans to understand? And yet the republicans blindly go ahead in their demonizing and opposing her.
