		<description>As for the Rule of Law, President Obama is fulfilling Dubya&#039;s 3rd term.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As long as we have a gutless Congress more concerned with partisan policies than upholding the Constitution, presidents of both parties will be able to get away with this, as long as their party controls Congress.</description>

		<description>Many American people have made it clear that they accept Bush&#039;s argument and justification for his actions.  Society changes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maybe Obama&#039;s looking to change the law and constitution (however many years that may take) around these issues.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That&#039;s one way to get us back to being a nation which believes in the rule of law.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And I don&#039;t like this possible plan one bit.</description>
