I wonder if the doctor who gave MJ the drugs via a needle, will he be up for murder? If MJ did not give himself the drugs surely this is none intentional death causing by the doctor????

I never understood why they say the toxicology tests take 4-6 weeks. You can do a basic screen in a few minutes and do confirmatory testing that will pass chain-of-custody laws in a couple of days. If you're going to do exhaustive blood/hair/etc quantitative testing (as I'm sure they will with Jackson) it will take longer but 4-6 weeks really seems like an exaggeration.
