But I would say that Governor Sanford's story is a little more national issues-oriented than MJ's

Probably the Republican media. The pundits of the left and of the right love a good scandal when its on the other side. The pundits on the left iare no different from the religious right on this.

What is surprising is this seems to happen on a site that proclaims itself moderate. Sure its news and you'd expect it to get some coverage, but not 12 topics stacked on top of each other.

If it were Daily KOS, the Democratic Underground, or the Huffinton Post (substitute Hot Air, Town Hall, and Michelle Malkin for a Democratic scandal) it would be expected, just caught me by surprise being here. I would think moderates and independents would have more on their minds.
