This is a blantant disregard on the owner, who didn't have a quality inspection in a long time.<br><br>Not to mention I think you're treading near the idea of "hindsight is 40/40", buildings have cracks, this one was abnormally big, but everybody ignored it. You took it too literally, Google Street View recorded the crack, but nobody actively noticed it, or cared. This is a blantant disregard on the owner, who didn't have a quality inspection in a long time.
