That is why Karl Rove believe that he could buy Hispanic and elderly votes by expanding entitlements and opening the borders. <br><br>The Democratic Party has parts that have opposite views on issues. Progressives want to increase social engineering while moderate suburban whites will riot if you propose busing. Yet, they stay in the same party because they will both benefit from the largess of the government.
