		<description>Strategically Crist makes sense for the GOP and as you pointed out Florida has been ever so slightly moving toward the center. However, it is hard to believe that anybody is at the wheel for the GOP which has found itself rudderless and mired in an ideological internal war between those like Powell who advocate for a more moderate stance while the Rushies rally their Christian soldiers. Great post. 		<description>Ok, I have to apologize to everyone for the original version of this post. I had to almost totally re-write it in a first edit after it was published. The weather was beautiful here and I was writing out on my back deck in the late afternoon sunshine. Unfortunately, as comfy as that was, the glare on the screen was pretty bad even in the most well shaded spot I could find and I missed a lot of things, but hit Publish anyway. My bad.</description>
