The men tend to try to maximize personal (or tribal) gain at the expense of others and &quot;win&quot; while the women tend to think of &quot;winning&quot; as the best compromise that enriches everyone &quot;fairly.&quot;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This leads to a lot of actions where everyone may individually think they are doing well, but if something changes everything will fall apart...</description>

I think the reasoning is the same re: one-party rule: anytime a decision-making structure, organization or system is closed or constrained because of homogeneity in perspectives while trying to make decisions or organize or govern - particularly for audiences that don&#039;t reflect that homogeneity - no one gets the best that can be produced if there was better representation.</description>

There is now a growing movement amongst regulators and economists that women should play a much bigger role in the financial system because they are more apt to work cooperatively and maximize the benefit for the system as a whole.</description>
