The men tend to try to maximize personal (or tribal) gain at the expense of others and "win" while the women tend to think of "winning" as the best compromise that enriches everyone "fairly."<br><br>This leads to a lot of actions where everyone may individually think they are doing well, but if something changes everything will fall apart... I think the reasoning is the same re: one-party rule: anytime a decision-making structure, organization or system is closed or constrained because of homogeneity in perspectives while trying to make decisions or organize or govern - particularly for audiences that don't reflect that homogeneity - no one gets the best that can be produced if there was better representation. There is now a growing movement amongst regulators and economists that women should play a much bigger role in the financial system because they are more apt to work cooperatively and maximize the benefit for the system as a whole.
